National Delivery Policy

We partner with DPD Next Day Delivery to ensure your gelato arrives fresh and frozen wherever you are in the UK.

  • Order Processing

    Order Cut-off Times:

    • Monday to Thursday: Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery (Standard or Express depending on your selection).

    • Saturday Delivery Orders: Orders must be placed no later than Thursday (before 11:59pm). These orders are dispatched on Friday for Saturday delivery.

    • Orders placed after 1pm Thursday to Sunday: Dispatched on Monday.

    Minimum Order: £25

    Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days

    Express Delivery – £5.99
    Estimated delivery time: 1 to 3 business days

    Saturday Delivery – £12
    Available UK-wide.

    No Sunday Deliveries:
    Deliveries are not available on Sundays.

Packaging

Your gelato is shipped in sustainable insulated packaging with dry ice to maintain its freshness.

  • Safety Note: Avoid direct contact with dry ice, and let it dissipate in a well-ventilated area.

Delivery Instructions

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as gelato must be placed in a freezer immediately.

  • Specify a safe place or neighbour if you’re unavailable.

Order Tracking

DPD or DHL will send tracking details via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

 

 

Local Delivery Policy

We offer convenient same-day delivery for customers near our base in NW10 6TD, available every day of the week.

Minimum order: £25


Delivery Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM: Delivered the same day between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM: Delivered the next day between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

Delivery Availability

  • 7 Days a Week: Local delivery is available every day, including weekends.

You’ll receive an SMS or email with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for your delivery.

  • Coverage Area: Local delivery is available for addresses within a 4-mile radius of NW10 6TD.

Pick-Up Policy

We offer a convenient pick-up option for customers who prefer to collect their gelato directly from us.

Pick-Up Availability

  • When: Pick-ups are available 7 days a week.

  • Notice Period: Orders must be placed at least 2 hours in advance.

Product Quality Assurance

We guarantee that your gelato will arrive fresh and perfectly frozen. If your order arrives melted or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving the item, providing video or photographic evidence. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
