Return and Refun Policy

At BrIce London Gelato, we strive to provide the highest quality products and service. Due to the perishable nature of our gelato, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

Perishable Items

As our gelato is a perishable food item, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once it has left our premises, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective or not what you ordered, please contact us  within 2 hours of receiving the item. We may request video/photographic evidence to assess the issue. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, excluding any delivery charges.

Non-Perishable Merchandise

For non-perishable items, such as branded merchandise, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items excluding any delivery charges.
